BECOMING
A GOOD CLIENT

call us at (604) 515-CAMP and tell us when and where we can best
reach you to book an appointment for you to visit Camp and register
your dog.
- We will book a time
for you and your dog to visit Camp.
- 0nce your dog is
registered you can call and book our services anytime by leaving a
message at 515-CAMP.We need two days notice for regular clients
(those who have supplied us with house keys), and one weeks notice
for anyone else (those who do not provide us with keys - a little
more time to coordinate pick-up and drop-off).
- All customers must pay
in full at the start of their dog's stay at Camp.We also require that all dogs be up to date on shots and have a kennel cough vaccination.
- Cancellation Policy: A
$50.00 cancellation fee will be charged when dog stays are cancelled
or shortened without 48 hours notice. We offer a shuttle service
offering door to door taxi for your dog to and from Camp on a first
come, first serve basis and space is limited. 48 hours notice is
required to cancel shuttle service or the full shuttle fee will be
charged.
